As a virtual extension of you, we provide hands-on Construction services, technical expertise, counsel and personalized attention as we oversee all phases of the Construction process. LEED certified with a specialty in Building Design & Construction, Tambi Kat acts as project director and primary liaison for all clientele related business pertinent to the project, while assembling the team consisting of the Project Manager, Carpenters and Artisans, Interior Designer, Technology & Systems consultants, sub-contractors and Specialty trades. Tambi created DBe after years of working with Architects, Designers, Engineers, Development firms, Builders and Luxury Retail companies. “We realized that the design and construction industries lacked a link between both disciplines as well as an understanding of the critical interdependence between each that is essentially non-existent on most project sites. Our company brings with it an intuition allowing it to uphold the Architects and Interior Designers vision & construction intent while working thru the complexities of various systems that continuously threaten the project altogether…”
